KABUL EXPRESS
Set in post 9/11 Afghanistan, “Kabul Express” is a kidnap drama shot extensively in Kabul. It is a thrilling story, spanning 48 hours, of five people from different worlds linked by hate and fear, but brought together by fate to finally recognize each other in a country devastated by war. This film directed by Kabir Khan stars John Abraham & Arshad Warsi with a Pakistani actor Salman Shahid, an Afghani actor Humghum and an American actress Linda Arsenio in stellar roles.
“Kabul Express” got prestigious recognition of being selected and screened at the Toronto International Film
Festival (World Premiere), Pusan International Film Festival (Asia Premiere), London International Film Festival
(UK Premiere), Dubai International Film Festival (UAE Premiere), Casablanca International Film Festival, Cairo
International Film Festival and Asian Festival of 1st Films. It also got Kabir Khan a National Award for the Best
First Film Director.
