Marco Tancredi, the main character, is an ex Special Forces soldier, retired from service after a very serious accident. His only desire is to live a peaceful life, but a personal tragedy forces him to get back in service. This time his enemies are much more insidious than the ones he had to face in the past, because many are nestled within the Italian secret services and preparing a plan to destroy international affairs. In a world where truth and lies are often intertwined and where dangers appear as large as armies, Tancredi has no option but to stop them.
