Rita and Alessandro are a young couple living in Paris and facing problems that will put their marriage on the rocks. Their exuberant and nosey mothers, Gabry and Lellè, come from very different social backgrounds but are best friends. The two mothers-in-law manage a boutique
hotel owned by a very extravagant old lady. The strange death of their landlady and the collapse of the airline company where Alessandro works will drag the two mothers-in-law into a series of
adventures: while dealing with one calamity after another, they must set about finding a mysterious will in order to retain ownership of the villa.., all the time while prying into the lives of their children!
