Police District
Life in a police precinct, where the private and professional lives of a group of men and women overlap. The unexpected arrival of a tough and demanding female inspector, Giovanna Scalise, who in the past was engaged in the fight against the mafia, clashes with the group because of their inexperience, but has to give due credit to them for their courage, sense of sacrifice and, above all, their great human qualities. The work and daily contact with the officers of the precinct, their support and friendship, have a profound effect on Inspector Scalise and she is able to finally break with her past. But it is impossible to do this completely, especially when the mafia is involved … she is in danger but she doesn’t know it. An anonymous threat hangs over her newfound happiness. But those who want her dead have not reckoned with her colleagues who all rally round her during the final confrontation. Scalise can now start a new life, and another inspector, Giulia Corsi, takes over. Giulia is a young woman who has declared war on crime; she is a woman of action but hides the suffering in her private life, which she is only able to share with her sister Sabina. This is her first appointment as inspector, and she finds herself.
